Responsibilities
- Grow the business with a focus on key performance metrics while leading day-to-day operations
- Develop and lead sales, field crew leaders, and office staff with a culture of high accountability
- Coach and build an outbound sales team focused on corporate relationships and referral partners
- Manage the budget and capital decisions associated with an asset-intensive business
- Adapt sales, marketing, and inventory based on industry trends in weddings, corporate events, and graduations
- Recruit, manage, and develop field teams in a seasonal and physically challenging industry
- Partner with American Operator on strategy, budgeting, and growth planning
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience with direct experience as a sales and operations leader
- Experience building high-performance teams with accountability for hiring and performance improvement
- Track record of leading and growing an organization driven by local relationships and referral networks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a sales or operations leader in the catering, event planning, or rental industry
- Experience leading through an ownership or leadership transition
- Military leadership experience
