Centre Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the annual marketing strategy for the Neumünster center to increase visitor numbers, revenue, and customer loyalty
• Execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events
• Manage and develop digital channels including the website, newsletters, CRM, and social media
• Coordinate content production, brand assets, and brand communication
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and brand partners
• Perform tracking and reporting on marketing performance and support budget management

Requirements

• Professional experience in marketing, communications, or a similar field
• Proven experience implementing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels
• Proficiency in using CRM, newsletters, website content management, and social media platforms
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and independent way of working
• Experience with reporting and analyzing performance data to drive optimizations
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
