Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 74-place childcare centre in Kewarra Beach
• Inspire, mentor, and support a passionate team of educators
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families and the local community
• Foster a thriving, inclusive, and high-energy culture for children, families, and staff
• Drive excellence in early childhood education and care delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Early Childhood Education professional
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a childcare setting
• Strong ability to mentor and develop team members
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
