Responsibilities

• Lead a 74-place early childhood service
• Inspire and mentor a passionate team of educators
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community
• Create a thriving culture for children, families, and staff
• Drive excellence and structure within the centre

Requirements

• Experience as an Early Childhood Education professional
• Proven leadership experience in an educational setting
• Ability to undergo a police check
• Verification of relevant qualifications and right-to-work status
