Centralized Research Group (CRG) Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support North American teams by preparing pitch books, financial analyses, and marketing materials.
• Prepare company profiles, benchmarking analyses, pricing updates, and earnings summaries.
• Analyze financial statements, build valuation models, and set up trading and transaction comparables.
• Source and interpret industry information from diverse data sources and proprietary content.
• Track emerging sectors, product themes, and client developments to support new business ideas.
• Collaborate with Investment Banking Coverage, M&A, and Global Corporate Banking teams to deliver high-quality output.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with an excellent academic record.
• Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting investment banking or corporate banking teams.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling using the MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with industry and company research tools.
• Experience working within multinational organizations.
