Centralized Monitoring Assistant

Responsibilities

• Complete role-specific training to gain necessary knowledge and skills for project support.
• Perform assigned administrative tasks under supervision, such as running system reports and preparing status reports.
• Create and maintain study documents to support project execution.
• Assist in updating and maintaining systems within established project timelines and plans.
• Execute activities as delegated by the Centralized Monitoring Specialist or Lead.

Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent educational background.
• Up to 6 months of relevant experience in a clinical or research environment.
• Basic knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• Excellent time management, data entry, and attention to detail.
