Centralized Manufacturer Relations Associate

Responsibilities

• Verify RV unit information, warranty dates, repair details, and technician submissions for accuracy
• Update, track, and document warranty claim statuses to support timely processing
• Enter repair authorizations, additional claim information, and supporting details into the warranty/service system
• Upload, organize, and maintain all photos, documents, and warranty records in the appropriate system folders
• Communicate with dealership Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership teams to clarify missing or incorrect information
• Collaborate daily with the centralized warranty team to ensure consistency and alignment with warranty standards
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed to support the department

Requirements

• Must have manufacturer warranty experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and file management
• Ability to pass a background and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous administrative, data entry, service department, or warranty experience
