Centralized Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and prospects with daily needs such as rent payments and ledger questions
• Demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork
• Work with the team to reach daily and weekly leasing goals
• Provide virtual tours for potential residents
• Follow up with potential leads
• Help with resident concerns and questions
• Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the community to respond to inquiries
• Work collaboratively with other staff members in an entrepreneurial environment

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations
• Basic computer skills including typing and writing ability
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Entrata Software
