About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process regularly scheduled documents such as monthly reporting
  • Handle a large volume of department mailings
  • Track and report monthly mailings of legal notices and demands
  • Assist with reporting schedules and calendars
  • Manage Operations Suite office supplies
  • Assist in organizing seminars, training courses and department events
  • Reconcile department invoices, credit cards and expense reports
  • Assist in preparation and dissemination of communications
  • Assist with special projects including planning and coordinating presentations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two to three years of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-check work
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Real Estate or property management experience
