Central Practice Instructor

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct practical instructions as coordinated by the practice coordination team
• Evaluate instructions in collaboration with practice coordination
• Responsible for planning and conducting interviews and working closely with peripheral practice instructors (PAL)
• Conduct practical examinations for central and peripheral practice instructors
• Develop, evaluate, and implement instruction concepts and necessary documentation
• Act as an interface between peripheral practice instructors and practice coordination
• Ensure the 10% mandatory practical instruction time per trainee/assignment

Requirements

• Completed training as a (pediatric) health/nursing specialist or nursing professional
• Professional experience in nursing
• Completed training as a practice instructor or currently undergoing such training
