Central Practical Instructor

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementation, and further development of practical training for trainees
• Ensuring and developing training quality in accordance with legal requirements
• Conducting practical instruction, accompanying exams, and providing individual support to trainees
• Structured onboarding and support for new employees
• Contributing to the conception of practical learning situations and linking theory with practice
• Co-designing and supporting a planned training station in autumn

Requirements

• Completed training in health and nursing, nursing specialist, or geriatric nursing
• Completed further training as a practical instructor (Praxisanleiter:in)
• Experience in developing training and onboarding concepts
• High professional and social competence, initiative, and organizational skills
• Openness to new nursing findings and willingness for continuous professional development
