About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily central operations for the Berlin fleet to ensure high availability and safety.
  • Manage and optimize processes for battery swaps, charging hubs, maintenance, repairs, and vehicle redistribution.
  • Supervise and develop operational staff and field teams, including mechanics and logistics partners.
  • Monitor operational KPIs such as uptime, incident rates, and turnaround times to drive data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, customer support, and engineering teams to resolve service incidents and improve usability.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and repair shops to ensure service level adherence.
  • Own inventory management for spare parts, tools, and consumables.
  • Develop health and safety protocols and incident reporting in compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management, ideally in micromobility or urban logistics.
  • Proven experience in people management, leading distributed field teams or contractors.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
  • Hands-on knowledge of vehicle maintenance, battery handling, and safety practices.
  • Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus.
  • Valid driving licence and ability to work on-site in Berlin.
