Central Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Central Contracting Process group, providing technical support and development for a team of contract advisors.
• Oversee strategic development and management of the Central Contracts Team to drive safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement in contract management, procurement processes, and cost efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Law, Category Management, Operations, and IT stakeholders to align work across business units.
• Establish performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor team success and supply chain objectives.
• Manage workloads strategically, ensuring projects are funded and completed within intended budget years.
• Supervise the development and completion of engineering and construction projects, ensuring accuracy, safety, and budget compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited US institution.
• 10+ years of experience in contract drafting, procurement, or law.
• Proven experience in project and budget management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong technical aptitude, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without future visa sponsorship.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
