Center Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance, scheduling, and general management in production areas
• Lead inventory control and operational efforts within the Plasma Donation Center
• Work directly with donors to resolve concerns and ensure a positive experience
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events
• Perform essential tasks across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
• Foster teamwork, facilitate communication, and resolve workplace conflicts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Ability to walk and stand for an entire shift
• Physical ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 32 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception
• Ability to monitor equipment from a distance and wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
