Center Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall business, operations, and service excellence for the center
• Lead and mentor a multicultural sales team to achieve ambitious targets
• Manage center-wide operations and P&L to ensure commercial success
• Partner with the service manager to align student experience with sales goals
• Drive team motivation and maintain high service standards to protect brand reputation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales management role
• Proven experience in P&L management and center-wide operations
• Strong background in B2C sales environments
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and organizational skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to manage KPIs and reporting across multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a franchise model
• Experience in a premium B2C sales environment
