Center Manager

About the Company

PadelShot is a growing French network of padel clubs founded in 2018. Designed as community hubs, the clubs feature premium panoramic courts, club houses, and sports bars. The network is expanding rapidly across France, aiming to create vibrant social spaces centered around sport and conviviality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center activities and analyze financial results (CA, EBITDA, occupancy rates).
• Pilot commercial projects including tournaments, corporate leagues, seminars, and local partnerships.
• Manage daily operations such as opening/closing, customer reception, reservations, and stock management for the pro shop and bar.
• Ensure facility maintenance and safety standards are met.
• Animate the club through community events, social evenings, and initiation courses.
• Develop the B2B segment and corporate seminar offerings.
• Manage, train, and schedule a multidisciplinary team including assistant managers, apprentices, and sports instructors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational management and team leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in managing KPIs and data.
• Demonstrated commercial ability to develop B2B portfolios and revenue.
• Proficiency with daily management tools (scheduling, CRM, reporting, booking software).
• Proactive, energetic temperament with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Passion for sport (padel knowledge is a plus).
