Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed company revenue goals and KPIs
• Direct and maintain guest experience and service standards
• Develop and implement programs to enhance guest satisfaction and front office efficiency
• Provide day-to-day guidance, oversight, and performance management for subordinates
• Hold team accountable to product and service sales goals
• Prepare accurate reports and respond to corporate requests
• Manage staff scheduling and hours for payroll and coverage
• Monitor systems and procedures to enhance workflow
• Oversee center operations including supplies, inventory, security, and OSHA compliance
• Schedule educational trainings and workshops with vendors
• Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host events
• Comply with all federal, state, and local labor and employment laws

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
• Minimum 2 years experience in leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Medspa or similar industry
