About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed company revenue goals and KPIs
- Direct and maintain guest experience and service standards
- Develop programs to enhance guest satisfaction and front office efficiency
- Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to subordinates
- Hold team accountable to product and service sales goals
- Prepare accurate and timely reports and correspondence
- Submit schedules and staff hours for payroll management
- Manage center operations including supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and labor laws
- Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host events
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar
- Minimum 2 years experience in leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Medspa or similar industry
