About the role

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed company revenue goals and KPIs
  • Direct and maintain guest experience and service standards
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance guest satisfaction and front office efficiency
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, oversight, and performance management for subordinates
  • Manage staff schedules and hours to ensure proper payroll and coverage
  • Oversee center operations including supply ordering, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and labor laws
  • Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host events

Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
  • Minimum 2 years experience in leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Medspa or similar environment
