Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at OrangeTwist Center(s)
• Lead a team of employees and ensure excellent customer service
• Drive sales, profitability, and meet company revenue goals and KPIs
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient store environment
• Implement programs to enhance guest satisfaction and front office efficiency
• Provide guidance, oversight, and performance recognition for subordinates
• Manage scheduling, staff hours, and payroll compliance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain equipment and inventory
• Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host events
• Comply with all federal, state, and local labor and employment laws

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
• Minimum 2 years experience in leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Medspa or similar environment
