Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed company revenue goals and KPIs
• Direct and maintain guest experience and service standards
• Develop programs to enhance guest satisfaction and front office efficiency
• Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to subordinates
• Hold team accountable to product and service sales goals
• Prepare accurate and timely reports and correspondence
• Submit schedules and staff hours for payroll management
• Manage center operations including supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and labor laws
• Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host events

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
• Minimum 2 years experience in leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Medspa or similar industry
