About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in an intensive six-month leadership development program to learn high-volume blood plasma collection operations
  • Manage and motivate diverse teams, providing performance feedback, conducting reviews, and supporting staff development
  • Drive operational excellence by problem-solving, communicating with senior management, and ensuring exceptional donor experiences
  • Network with leaders across the country to prepare for a permanent Plasma Center Operations Manager role
  • Execute hands-on training across various BioLife locations to master all aspects of facility management

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
  • Willingness to travel 90-100% during the training program
  • Ability to relocate to a permanent BioLife location upon completion of the program
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments (SOP, GDP, GMP, CLIA, or FDA)
  • Experience in high-volume retail or clinical operations
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical leadership skills
