About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in an advanced six-month leadership development program involving extensive travel to various plasma centers.
  • Manage and motivate diverse teams, providing performance feedback, conducting reviews, and supporting staff development.
  • Drive operational excellence in high-volume blood plasma collection facilities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to maintain positive donor experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior management to solve problems and implement operational support.
  • Prepare for a permanent Plasma Center Operations Manager role through hands-on training and mentorship.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
  • Ability to travel 90-100% during the training program.
  • Willingness to relocate to a permanent BioLife location upon completion of the program.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments (SOP, GDP, GMP, CLIA, or FDA).
  • Experience in high-volume retail or regulated operational settings.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical leadership skills.
