About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in an intensive six-month leadership development program involving up to 95% travel to various plasma centers.
  • Manage diverse teams by providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting staff development and recruitment.
  • Drive operational excellence in high-volume blood plasma collection facilities through hands-on training and mentorship.
  • Cultivate a positive donor experience to ensure high retention and exceptional customer service.
  • Problem-solve in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Prepare for a permanent Plasma Center Operations Manager role, which requires relocation upon program completion.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
  • Ability to travel 90-100% of the time during the training period.
  • Willingness to relocate to a BioLife location upon successful completion of the program.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Physical ability to stand for entire shifts, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments (SOP, GDP, GMP, CLIA, or FDA).
  • Experience in high-volume retail or clinical operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical leadership skills.
