About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in an intensive six-month leadership development program involving extensive nationwide travel to learn high-volume plasma collection operations.
  • Manage and motivate diverse teams by providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting staff development.
  • Drive operational excellence through hands-on mentorship, problem-solving, and communication with senior management.
  • Ensure an exceptional donor experience to maintain high retention rates.
  • Assist with production and operational support within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
  • Ability to travel 90-100% during the training program.
  • Willingness to relocate to a BioLife location upon successful completion of the program.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments (SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, or FDA).
  • Experience in high-volume retail or clinical operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical leadership skills.
