About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in an advanced six-month leadership development program involving extensive travel to various plasma centers.
- Manage and motivate diverse teams, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting staff development.
- Drive personal learning plans to master all aspects of managing high-volume blood plasma collection facilities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to retain donors and create a positive donor experience.
- Collaborate with senior management to solve operational problems and provide facility support.
- Prepare for a permanent Plasma Center Operations Manager role through networking and hands-on mentorship.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
- Willingness to travel 90-100% during the training program.
- Ability to relocate to a permanent BioLife location upon completion of the program.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments (SOP, GDP, GMP, CLIA, or FDA).
- Experience in high-volume retail or clinical operations.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical leadership skills.
