About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in an intensive six-month leadership development program involving hands-on experience at various plasma collection facilities.
  • Manage and motivate diverse teams, including conducting performance reviews, staff planning, and recruiting.
  • Drive personal learning plans to master all aspects of managing high-volume blood plasma collection operations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a positive experience for donors.
  • Provide operational support, solve problems, and communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Travel extensively (up to 95%) to different BioLife locations across the country to learn the business and network with leaders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
  • Ability to travel 90-100% during the training program.
  • Mandatory relocation to a BioLife location upon completion of the program.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Physical ability to stand for entire shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks requiring fine motor coordination.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments (SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, or FDA).
  • Experience in high-volume retail or regulated operational settings.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical leadership skills.
