Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily PACE Center operations including participant flow, staffing, and scheduling
• Participate as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)
• Maintain compliance with PACE, CMS, DHCS, ADHC, and state regulations
• Lead and support center staff through coaching and performance management
• Monitor operational and quality performance metrics to meet service level agreements
• Address operational barriers and participant concerns in real time
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming Center environment
• Partner with Medical and Clinical leadership to align operations with organizational priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams in senior care services for elderly populations
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians and stakeholders
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to drive performance and deliver on organizational goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong learning and growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual skills
• Experience with PACE or ADHC/CBAS
