About the Company

Behavior Analysis Support Services, Inc. (BASS) was established in 2003 and was built on Behavior Analysts’ passion to serve the needs of children and families seeking answers. BASS works to ensure that the children it serves reach their potential through intensive ABA centers throughout Florida.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional presence on the floor for a minimum of 4 hours per day
• Lead and motivate staff while upholding company values
• Supervise RBTs and provide feedback to staff
• Oversee facility maintenance and supply management
• Conduct interviews, hire, and onboard new team members
• Create and manage client and staff schedules
• Case manage a small caseload of up to 3 clients (40-90 hours)
• Lead clinical teams by providing supervision to BCBAs and RBTs
• Manage client intakes, consultations, and assessments

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• 5 years of experience working with pediatric ASD population in a clinical setting
• Proven experience in leadership and management within an ABA setting
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethics
• Experience in scheduling, staffing, and team development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail
