The BioSpine Institute specializes in the ever-evolving field of minimally invasive spine surgery. Regent Surgical Health has been a leader in developing and managing successful surgery center partnerships between hospitals and physicians since 2001.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all facility activities according to policies, procedures, and objectives
• Participate in financial and cost-containment decisions
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and accrediting-body regulations
• Manage environment of care, personnel, materials, equipment, and administrative duties
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff in goal setting and resource management
• Define performance objectives and metrics for the center
• Recruit and retain physician utilization through marketing and public relations
• Maintain fiscal accountability for center resources
• Manage center assets including inventory, financial accounts, and employee files

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' advanced college-level education in business, nursing, or healthcare administration
• Proven leadership abilities
• Experience in business management, financial management, and healthcare management
• High school graduate or GED certificate
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• RN with active state license
• ACLS certification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration
• ASC experience
• Proficiency in computers, word processing, spreadsheets, and email
• CASC certification or AORN Ambulatory Surgery Administrator Certificate
