Center Account Manager, Cystic Fibrosis

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maximize territory sales goals by developing strategic business plans
• Communicate thorough disease state and on-label product knowledge to healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Interact with Cystic Fibrosis stakeholders within the assigned geography
• Manage tactical business plans, including promotional activities, budgets, and travel expenses
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Managed Markets, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical, and Compliance teams
• Ensure appropriate and targeted resource allocation to meet customer needs while maintaining strict compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience
• Experience in Cystic Fibrosis, rare disease, or other biotech/specialty markets
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Residency in Illinois or Michigan is preferred to cover the assigned territory effectively
• Proven history of sales success, including documented rankings or awards
• Experience navigating the CF Center business and payer landscape
