Cement Terminal Operator - Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the cement terminal to ensure continuous functionality
• Coordinate and oversee cement loading and unloading activities
• Manage raw materials, supplies, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure cement deliveries are executed according to established schedules and new daily orders
• Prepare production reports, procurement orders, delivery notes, and other administrative documentation
• Coordinate and lead the team of operators during the assigned shift

Requirements

• High school diploma (BAC) completed, preferably in a technical field
• Valid forklift operator authorization (mandatory)
• Previous work experience in an industrial environment
• Proficiency in computer operations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrician qualification is considered a significant advantage
