Celonis Process Mining Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the technical delivery and ongoing maintenance of Celonis process mining solutions
• Prepare data from various systems and develop data models using SQL scripts
• Build prototype dashboard analysis within the process mining tool
• Explore and propose technical solutions based on Celonis capabilities and business needs
• Troubleshoot data refresh issues, transformation errors, and dashboard discrepancies
• Work with global business units and IT support teams to ensure accurate process insights

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or ETL development
• Hands-on experience with Celonis process mining (data extraction, modeling, and transformation)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with relational databases such as Snowflake, SQL Server, or Oracle
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
• Strong data modeling skills, including knowledge of joins and cardinality
• Understanding of REST APIs
• Strong English communication skills for working with global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PQL (Process Query Language)
• Experience with OCPM or object-centric process mining
• Celonis certification or formal technical training
• Familiarity with Celonis Studio, Action Flows, or Conformance
• Knowledge of business processes such as Order-to-Cash, procurement, or finance
• Experience with SAP or Power BI
