Cellular/Radio Frequency Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, scope, development, design, and technical execution of major Cellular System projects
• Drive RF Spectrum Engineering and spectrum management across MuTC and Camp Atterbury
• Track spectrum requests and monitor baselines
• Perform local spectrum deconfliction

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cellular System Operations, RF, and Spectrum Management
• Proven experience with 2G/3G/4G/5G technology operations
• Experience with various cellular frequencies and coordination with license owners
• Familiarity with FCC Experimental Special Temporary Authority (STA) Licensing or military licensing paths
• Knowledge of telecommunication equipment, transmission media, and component relationships
• TS/SCI Clearance
• US Citizenship required
• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or formal Spectrum Management Certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and deconflicting spectrum with training customers
• Familiarity with telecommunication approaches, field measurement methodologies, and signal testing techniques
