Cellar Door Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Manage daily setup, operations, and maintenance of the bar
• Develop new styles of mixed drinks and cocktails
• Assist in wine tasting experiences and drive sales
• Manage stock and orders in coordination with the Cellar Door team
• Accurately record tasting stock
• Adhere to all stated WHS procedures and practices to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a hospitality environment
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Current Food Handler Certificate
• Proven sales and customer service experience
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible availability to work across a weekly roster, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Mixology experience
• Previous Cellar Door experience
