Responsibilities
- Perform wine cellar activities and general cellar work
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards according to audit compliance
- Assist with bottling and labelling processes
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a cellar environment
- Knowledge of the winemaking process
- Willingness to work overtime, night shifts, and weekends as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid forklift licence
- SKOP 1, 2, and 3 certifications
