Cell Therapy Field Clinical Advisor

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful execution of cell therapy clinical trials by managing recruitment, retention, and safety.
• Provide advanced protocol education and competency-based training to study site staff to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Act as a primary field expert for protocol and clinical issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Capture and synthesize actionable field insights regarding feasibility, operational bottlenecks, and patient pathways to influence global study protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Supply/Logistics to ensure seamless trial operations.
• Maintain deep scientific expertise in the cell therapy pipeline to serve as a recognized thought leader for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (advanced degree such as PharmD, PhD, or MD preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research or field-facing roles, specifically within oncology or hematology.
• Strong understanding of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and clinical trial operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver high-impact training.
• Willingness to travel regionally, nationally, and internationally to support study sites.
• Experience with advanced therapies or direct cell therapy experience is strongly preferred.
