Cell Therapy Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by co-selling cell therapy testing solutions alongside manufacturers and field sales
• Identify and expand strategic partnerships with academic medical centers, transplant programs, and oncology networks
• Execute area business plans to increase test adoption across the cell therapy patient journey
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, marketing, and operations teams
• Lead complex sales processes including stakeholder mapping and contract alignment
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and program administrators
• Deliver clinically credible presentations on diagnostic solutions
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform strategy
• Maintain accurate documentation of account activity and pipeline in CRM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of sales or business development experience in diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare
• Strong understanding of CAR T therapies and cell therapy workflows
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, including IDNs and academic centers
• Proven ability to manage strategic relationships and complex sales processes
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel up to 75%

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience specifically in oncology, cell transplant, or cell therapy
