Cell Therapy Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote Gilead therapies to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in targeted delivery and referral centers
• Develop and maintain significant relationships with Therapy Area Experts (TAEs), senior account leadership, and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with local cross-functional teams to coordinate HCP interactions and align on key differentiating messages
• Coordinate the qualification and activation of new delivery centers, including supporting annual or bi-annual audits
• Manage the "cell journey" in collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure high levels of patient access and cell delivery
• Provide Medical Affairs and Commercial colleagues with field insights regarding account business trends and the therapeutic landscape
• Support professional meetings, including staffing exhibits and facilitating meetings with TAEs

Requirements

• Life sciences degree
• Proven track record of high performance in pharmaceutical commercial roles
• Strong scientific acumen with the ability to translate complex information into value propositions
• Experience executing with products that require complex customer delivery and logistics management
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
• Willingness to perform overnight travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in oncology or haematology
• Experience with product launches, particularly within academic hospitals
• Deep strategic understanding of the haematology/oncology market
