Cell Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect various manufacturing processes and activities to ensure parts meet engineering standards.
• Manufacture and test parts according to customer specifications and engineering blueprints.
• Maintain accurate and reliable documentation and part identification per planning specifications.
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and tool marks from machined parts to meet tolerance requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on operated machines and equipment.
• Ensure continuous flow of materials through the assigned cell and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate shift change requirements to ensure seamless transitions for team members.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production environment.
• Ability to read and correctly interpret basic blueprint drawings.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist and push/pull weights of 60 lbs.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
