Cell Specialist - Special Processes

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect special processes, including brazing, to ensure quality standards are met
• Manufacture and test parts according to engineering and customer specifications
• Maintain accurate and reliable documentation and part identification per planning specifications
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and tool marks from machined parts to meet blueprint tolerances
• Ensure continuous material and part flow within the assigned assembly cell
• Perform routine maintenance on operated machines and equipment
• Clean, organize, and maintain the cellular manufacturing work area
• Communicate shift change requirements to ensure seamless team transitions

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of production experience
• Ability to read, understand, and correctly interpret basic blueprint drawings
• Ability to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist
• Ability to push or pull a weight of 60 lbs
• Minimum grip strength of 50 lbs
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if needed
