Cell Specialist - Special Processes

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect special processes including aluminum surface preparation, cone rolling, cleaning, deburring, and laser identification
• Manufacture and test parts according to engineering and customer standards and specifications
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks, and other irregularities from machined parts to meet blueprint and tolerance requirements
• Maintain accurate and reliable documentation and part identification per planning specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on operated machines and equipment
• Ensure continuous flow of materials through the assigned cell and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate shift change requirements to ensure seamless team transitions

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years of production experience
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprint drawings
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist and push/pull up to 60 lbs
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if needed
