About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for Beauty, Laundry, and Processing production units (Cells)
  • Continuously analyze and optimize production processes and bottlenecks with a focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability
  • Strategically plan production and personnel while ensuring compliance with EHS standards, quality requirements, and productivity goals
  • Provide disciplinary and technical leadership, including the development and coaching of production staff
  • Manage full budgets and ensure the achievement of economic targets
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and R&D departments
  • Implement long-term production strategies and execute development plans for plant personnel
  • Manage investment plans, Capex applications, and Fixed Asset accounting
  • Utilize HPS programs to steer OEE through a continuous improvement approach

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience working in regulated environments (GMP, ISO)
  • Solid knowledge of plant operations and continuous improvement methodologies (KAIZEN, 5S, Six Sigma)
  • Proficiency in KPI management and root cause analysis
  • Strong leadership personality with excellent communication and social competence
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes including making, blending, packing, and warehousing
