About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Engine Component Repair Cell operations and lead a team of up to 30 technicians
- Achieve operational targets including eTAT, OTD, HPP, productivity, utilization, and cost efficiency
- Implement Smart Factory initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time
- Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and overtime management
- Drive employee engagement through effective communication, coaching, and performance feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, and Materials teams
- Lead productivity and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects
- Support and participate in EH&S programs and audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production, operations, or manufacturing supervisory role
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals
- Experience using SAP or equivalent enterprise systems
- Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul)
