Cell Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage Engine Component Repair Cell operations and lead a team of up to 30 technicians
• Achieve operational targets including eTAT, OTD, HPP, productivity, utilization, and cost efficiency
• Implement Smart Factory initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time
• Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and overtime management
• Drive employee engagement through effective communication, coaching, and performance feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, and Materials teams
• Lead productivity and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects
• Support and participate in EH&S programs and audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production, operations, or manufacturing supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals
• Experience using SAP or equivalent enterprise systems
• Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul)
