Responsibilities
- Inspect, organize and prepare raw material, components and hardware
- Track material usage to provide traceability and perform inventory cycle counts
- Operate manufacturing equipment to perform assigned tasks per work instructions and safety standards
- Document and organize battery assembly notes and status for performance traceability
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace per 5s standards
- Work as part of a tight-knit team to contribute to innovative and creative solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment
- Good general manufacturing practices (GMPs)
- Demonstrated experience with hand tools
- Proficiency in digital tools and MES platforms
- Ability to move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Solid communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing equipment
