CE Precision Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory for the sales and distribution of Construction Precision Solutions and Telematics products.
• Partner with Commercial Brands to target high-potential dealers and implement territory business plans.
• Promote brand and product awareness through dealer-sponsored customer sales events and trade shows.
• Assist dealers in expanding their customer base through the sale of Precision Construction products.
• Ensure dealer product certification and deliver sales and product training to dealership staff.
• Meet annual sales targets for Precision Construction options on whole goods and aftermarket sales.
• Act as a precision technology expert during product demonstrations and hands-on customer sales phases.
• Support competitive account acquisition by converting customer technology and data to CNH Industrial products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management (or 3+ years of related field experience in sales, support, or development in lieu of a degree).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in precision technology sales, support, or development.
• Ability to travel significantly (up to 70%).
