CDL Roll Off Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off trucks and ancillary equipment to collect and transport waste
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and maintain accurate daily documentation
• Communicate vehicle mechanical issues or potential site hazards to supervisors immediately
• Maintain route quality standards and work with management to improve routing efficiencies
• Follow all safety standards, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean vehicle interior and exterior
• Exhibit a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and the public

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of one (1) year of commercial driving experience or a CDL school certificate
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to meet safety-sensitive function criteria according to company standards
• High school diploma or GED is desired
