About the role
Responsibilities
- Enforce all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Work with a small crew of 2-5 employees to prioritize work
- Fulfill construction job duties including project layout and timelines
- Complete necessary paperwork and follow plans, material lists, and guidelines
- Transport equipment and materials to different job sites
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean record
- 1-4 years of Directional Drilling experience with Ditch Witch and Vermeer equipment
- Knowledge and experience in excavation and industrial construction
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Physical ability to lift, climb, walk, and stand for extended periods
