CDL Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles according to state and federal transportation laws
• Transport loads safely and in a timely manner following all traffic and safety regulations
• Load and unload Trench Boxes utilizing a Knuckle Boom (articulating) crane
• Maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas
• Assist with loading/unloading goods and materials using specialized equipment
• Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and required paperwork
• Facilitate routine vehicle service including checking oil, water, gasoline, and air
• Arrange trailers in shipping yards for optimum loading patterns

Requirements

• Must hold a Class A CDL
• Experience with Knuckle Boom (articulating) crane
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass background check and DOT drug testing
• Ability to pass DOT physical
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to remain focused in a busy environment
