Requirements
Valid Class A or B CDL, High school diploma or equivalent, Clean driving record (no serious violations or multiple accidents in past 5 years), Pass DOT drug screen and MVR review, 18+ years old, Willing to travel and stay for duration of snow events, Attend 8-hour in-person snow training before season starts
About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate snowplow trucks safely and responsibly during winter storms
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety rules
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues immediately
- Communicate with Route Manager or Dispatch about unsafe situations or service needs
- Participate in required safety meetings and training sessions
- Assist other drivers or routes when needed
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record with no serious violations or multiple accidents in the past 5 years
- Pass DOT drug screen and MVR review
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to travel to snow locations and stay for the duration of events
- Completion of 8-hour in-person snow training before the season starts
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior snowplow experience
